From everyday problem to working app

TrolleyLark grew from a practical idea: make it easier to see what is already in the fridge, freezer and cupboards, then turn what is missing into a shopping list. I’m developing the app alongside its identity, website and testing programme.

My contribution

  • Designing the stock and shopping-list experience, including adding, editing and moving items.
  • Developing the iPhone app and preparing builds for testing through Apple’s TestFlight.
  • Creating the TrolleyLark identity, waiting-list website and email communications.
  • Collecting feedback and using it to guide improvements.

Where it is now

The first round of external testing invitations has been sent. TrolleyLark remains an early beta, with household sharing and syncing still being tested. The waiting list is open for people who would like a chance to try a future testing round.
